Fabricated Exhaust Manifolds

Utilizing unique manufacturing techniques, Hadady fabricated exhaust manifolds are higher strength and lower weight then traditional cast iron water-cooled manifolds. Adding to the growth of the “Hadady” manifold has been our ability to rapidly prototype and validate the manifold for performance and endurance.

Advantages of Hadady Fabricated Manifolds include:

  • Higher Strength (made of steel, not iron)
  • Lighter weight, 20-30% lighter than cast iron (Typically 30 pounds per engine)
  • Smaller cross sections allow greater water and exhaust for a smaller part engine envelope
  • Customized exhaust flow passages enhance exhaust flow and turbocharger performance
  • Lower Tooling costs
  • Rapid prototyping, testing, and validation
  • Convertible design – able to add brackets and clamps easily by welding onto manifold
  • Can be “dry wrapped” (Insulated)
