 Welding is a vital aspect of our fabrication process. Our
skilled technicians use digitally controlled equipment to weld fabricated assemblies which comprise castings, forgings, stampings. burnouts, and structural components. Most assemblies consist of several
pressure tight compartments requiring leak-free performance.
Each welder has completed stringent in-house training in accordance with AWS standards.
Operations include:
- stick electrode welding
- MIG welding
- submerged arc welding
- TIG welding
- ASTM and ASME certification capabilities
Our internal tooling design staff develops customized semi-automated fixtures to handle customers' specialized work and assure consistent quality.
