 ASSEMBLY OPERATIONS
Following our single source responsibility commitment, we create custom-fabricated assemblies and product kits. By combining multiple parts under a single part number, our customers benefit through lower production
and inventory carrying costs.
Our computerized Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) accurately tracks each part number throughout the entire production cycle. This system also handles capacity planning to assure efficient
manufacture and just-in-time delivery of parts, whether they are production line or service requirements.
SECONDARY OPERATIONS
A variety of auxiliary services are provided to meet special customer requirements:
- pressure testing
- high-pressure parts cleaning
- painting in any color
- de-burring and detailing
- shipping in returnable containers
- electronic data communication
QUALITY CONTROL SERVICES
Quality control is an integral part of the complete production process, from engineering design through manufacturing, testing and shipping.
Certification has been received from numerous OEM's including Caterpillar and J I Case while M-1003. Hadady is also QS-9000 certified by Lloyds Register. Certified Supplier status is held with other
manufacturing, transit authority and railway equipment builders throughout the world
